With over 30 years’ experience working in the construction sector, Barry is a results-driven professional with proven experience in project management. Barry brings energy, enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to the delivery of projects and programmes across a broad range of clients.

Barry has successfully delivered many complex projects across the UK, particularly within the healthcare and industrial sectors where he has worked closely with stakeholders and integrated himself into the client team. Barry has a very good working knowledge of both the clinical and operational aspects of the healthcare environment and is fully familiar with the requirements of the HBN & HTM’s. In terms of contract management Bary is particularly experienced in managing the NEC/P22 forms of contract.

Barry has also delivered several schemes whilst maintaining a live operational facility with minimal disruption to the client.

Barry has been seconded to Clients for several major projects where his ability to adapt and integrate into other organisations has resulted in successful service delivery for many blue- chip organisations. He is a qualified project manager and also a NEC4 accredited practitioner.
