Chris takes a pragmatic approach to intelligent design and technical problem-solving, with a strong foundation in construction detailing, specification writing and building surveys. He excels within multi-disciplinary teams, aligning diverse stakeholder interests and steering complex projects to timely and successful completion within high-pressure environments.

Chris is technically proficient in a variety of programmes and executive reporting, with skills in planning and building control applications, sustainable construction principles and experience with tender evaluations.
