Asad is a Senior Project Manager with over nine years’ experience delivering refurbishment and estate projects across the healthcare, education and public sectors. With a background in Building Surveying, he brings strong technical expertise and a practical approach to managing projects from inception through to completion.

With a background in Building Surveying, Asad brings a strong technical understanding that helps him navigate challenges, manage detailed project elements, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Asad has a calm and pragmatic approach to project delivery and is skilled in problem solving, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, risk management and project governance. He has experience working under both JCT and NEC forms of contract and works effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams, aligning client and stakeholder priorities while driving projects forward to successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Asad enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and is passionate about football.
