Melanie brings a background in executive support, communications, and people management with experience across charity, healthcare, and creative organisations. Melanie has a positive, proactive approach with an ability to keep things running smoothly while building strong relationships along the way. She enjoys working in fast-paced environments and helping teams focus on what matters most.​

Outside of work, Melanie is a mum to two girls and loves bringing people together whether that’s hosting friends, spending time with family, or going on fun days out - especially if the beach is involved!
