Proxima Group

Over a number of years GenNorth have been working with Proxima Group to support the roll-out of various office referbishments and relocations. The first, and largest project in London set the tone for both a change in working practices as well as creating a model for the new look and feel.

Office Refurbishment & Relocation

The London project faced pressure from both budget and timescale as the refurbishment needed to happen whilst the space was still occupied. As the Exec team were based from London it was agreed that a phase of stakeholder and staff enagement was necessary to drive the priorities for the office design and to develop a solution for a more agile environment.

From the insight gathered, GenNorth were able to develop a brief and concept to address the growth demand, design settings based on user profiles and create a space which was more aligned to the culture of the organisation.

Our team provided support to the procurment process, project & cost management as well as contract administration and design throughout. The sucess of the project lead to the development and delivery of relocation projects in Leeds and Cardiff.

Where possible GenNorth worked closely with the client to incorporate existing furniture and technology, in order to support Proxima’s Carbon reduction strategy. Where new furniture was required to achieve the layouts and generate more hybrid settings, GenNorth provided a detailed specification for each project and managed the procurement process.
